Description

I am looking for somone who can improvise our existing home page and make it interesting, also highlight certain features. You don't need to program in php but having an understanding how php works will help.

I will need
* A logo (this can be simple)
* Flash banner (to attract visitors to sign up)
* Improvise home page so it looks attractive and interesting

Please answer below questions otherwise your bid will be ignored

* Do you understand how php works from web designing propective ?
* Is it possible to show mock up of homepage before assigning the project so I can see your quality of work ?
