OBJECTIVE:
The primary goal of this job is to take data submitted by a form, including and uploaded image, and create a visual representation of how the submitted data will appear on a rectangle, oval, round, square, or octagon shaped image.

For Rectangles and ovals, it must be able to display horizontally or vertically, based on a form field selection.

The image must be protected from downloading/saving. Option for a watermark would be nice but not necessary as long as the image cannot be saved. This is where displaying the results via Flash may be an option.

Must be able to overlay the following onto a sample/stock graphic shape (rectangle, oval, round, square, octagon):
1) Image submitted via form
1a. Image must be able to be overlayed in different areas of the stock/sample shape. (i.e. "top left", "center", "bottom left")

2) Text submitted via form
2a. Text must be able to be overlayed in various areas as well (top-left, center, etc).

3) Border colors: color submitted via form in hex-html format (#ff000, #c0c0c0, etc)

Original Images must be preserved, and newly created shape with overlayed image/text must be auto-saved either as a different file name or in a subfolder on the server.

You must provide a php variable of the image name so that I can database the new image name.

Here is a visual example below of what the process is. I would image it is pretty simple for anyone who works with php-->flash or php with GD library, or any other form of image overlaying, image manipulation for the web.
