The website will require secure password control and https encryption to allow access and prevent any breaches from backend

Project for an entire site to be developed with an interactive frontend in Flash - without exception, with heavily reliant on database at backend

Picture and/or Menu driven (Flash created) e-commerce website with full adminstration control / interface to manage the site after completion by the owners

Kindly do not waste our mutual time with only serious bidder who have previous proved experience to apply for the project as anyone without proven visible experience or lack of Flash development experience will be not considered.

1: Under any circumstances NO payment will ever be given in advance -and- ALL payment will be deposited in Escrow on GaF site for security of both parties for entire project;

2: Any payments made will only be given after a successful demonstration of a working software (as per the specification) release prior to the delivery, only then any payments will be granted;

3: The project will be defined and divided into whatever required number of increments/releases and only after each release is successfully developed & demonstrated will the payment be cleared before release delivery;
