had to repost this project due different reasons.

I need clone of Homeaway(dot)com in PHP clone means ALL features that are on this site.

The website will offer vacation rental properties in any country.

I have plans for look and feel of the site, and also for functionality. This will be a pay to list site, possibly with different listing levels and free trial period (coupon). Experienced bidders only with perfect Web 2.0 design, programming and SEO knowlegde.

Please provide Web 2.0 examples of your work - preferably rental sites.


Owners need to be able to post properties for rental including a description of the property, select the property category, and upload pictures for viewing

Fresh bright Web 2.0 layout slightly different colours with rotating fotos including nice slogans!
Hack/spam proof site and contact forms (captcha)
Perfect navigation - back and forth, refine searches, popular searches and filters on the left hand side of page
Path like Vacation Rentals > World > Europe > France > Loire Valley > Indre-et-Loire > Villa Rentals on top/bottom of list and in detail page
Advanced search for skiing (or golf, or beach) in country XY
Payment gateway paypal and other major systems
Rental calendar (user friendly)
facilities/amenities/local Area to be defined in admin
exact pricing details for renting seasonal rates (low season/high season, etc...) + additional persons, other fees, etc
Google maps
Powerful CMS admin with perfect search functions
SE friendly URLs. I am looking for words here not numbers or characters. ie domain.com/Vacation-rentals-accommodations/France-Vacation-Rentals.htm
dynamic titles, description, keywords is a MUST
Ability to input vacation rental rates in up to 10 currencies with conversion - search by rates will be in USD only
valid and SEO FRIENDLY coding in PHP 5.2
dynamic sitemap for google and yahoo
integrated html pages
banner manager for advertising
site stats per site like viewed, .....

Script functionality should be fast, logical and simple to use.

Irrelevant portfolios will be ignored immediatly.

Payment will be done via escrow in 4 milestones - each milestone the additional amount comes into escrow. Note- release will only be done when site is finished, tested & bugfixed and working on my server and not before.
