Description

Hi, I have ClipShare 4.0 Pro and would like someone/or a group of developers to do some work on it and install it and get it running. Here is what's needed:
You first have to install the required server modules(http://www.clip-share.com/product/requirements/) after that, I need you to just make some small modifications to the main page template(just moving some things around basically).
Next is replacing the ClipShare player with FlowPlayer(http://flowplayer.org/).
After that I need you to modify FFMPEG and some of the script codes if necessary to make the script in a way so that it produces FLV files in high quality and small in file size. The other thing is developing some sort of Anti-Leech script that will stop others from leeching files from my site.

This could be both long and short term work. You can make it long term if you give best quality for the least amount of time.
If I see that you are doing a good job then I might hire you to be a full time employee and get a flat monthly salary pay.

***It would also help you if you have some knowledge in X.264 encoding and codecs. If you can make the script produce some HIGH QUALITY FLV's and not very large in size, then you will get the job right away.
Also, it would better if you provide your own server for testing purposes at first then we move it to the original server.
The budget i've selected also depends on many things. It can be higher or lower, depending on how much time and work it takes.
