Description:	I need someone creative that is good with php/mysql and CMS (content management system). The website will be a type of city real estate guide, providing listings of real estate agents, homes for sale, property for sale, homes for rent, and rooms for rent. On the site, I would like the menu on top, just below the header, similar to a dropdown like ...http://www.priceline.com/ --> my profile / my trips ...similar to that. I would want 4 main tabs across the top (below the banner) with smaller dropdown tabs: Real Estate Agents, For Sale (smaller tabs: homes/land), and For Rent (smaller tabs: homes/rooms), and submit listing. I would prefer the site to be a deep shade of blue, mixed with lighter blue, maybe some red. When selection the real estate agents tab, the agent listings would appear on the left and the details would appear in the middle on a sort of spinning wheel like http://www.toprank.com I would want a master account / CMS from which I could add listings and photos of agents, house and property listings. I want a CMS whereby I can manage all the listings. I also want a page layout that I can copy onto other pages for general content if I decided to add a page later...for example if I decide I want a page to write about the weather conditions, or the traffic. I want a general page layout for all the pages that I can copy easily. I know simple html and use dreamweaver. PAGES: -- homepage (very nice in appearance, I can provide some gifs/jpgs) -- homes for sale (user to search by neighborhood and then able to sort results by price) I would like a link with a follow-up detail page in which I will provide greater description and pictures from CMS. -- land for sale (user to search by neighborhood and then sort results by price) I would like a link with a follow-up detail page in which I will provide greater description and pictures from CMS. -- homes for rent (user to search by neighborhood and sort by number o rooms) I would like a link with a follow-up detail page in which I will provide greater description and pictures from CMS. -- rooms for rent (results sorted by neighborhood) -- real estate agents (appearing with menu on left and results on a spinning wheel as http://www.toprank.com ) I will use Cpanel to host the site. I will pay upon unlimited revisions to my satisfaction, and transfer of the site onto my host, and instructions as to use of the database management (CMS). As ideas, I like the display at http://www.toprank.com and http://www.sanmiguelguide.com/real-estate-agent.htm I have attached a general design layout of the above in an excel spreadsheet.
