1. We have a template from templatemonster and need to have it edited with our copy according to specs. It will have a flash banner on top that will need some editing.
2. We need a catalog for product display and information only (no online purchase.
3. Order form (non-secure)
4. Contact Form (non-secure)
5. all forms must have hacker/ flood protection and the like.
6. total: 3 pages plus catalog

All bids must be all inclusive including scripts and third party costs. We have hosting already w/ php and mysql.
