Attachmax Video Script (Sort of YouTube Clone) Template Design and Minor Modification:

PLEASE READ REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY. Providers with no Feedback will need to provide mockups to prove themselves.

We currently have the attachmax video script (YouTube kind of Script) (http://www.cihilt.com/ and http://www.attachmax.com/) and need a custom logo/template design for it and script installed on server. It uses smarty templates. We also need the following customizations implemented:

* A simple discussion board inculcated in the design.
* A simple CMS to add articles to main site.

You must have excellent graphic design skills, css knowledge and be familiar with smarty templates. We want a better 3 column layout that is sleek and clean with that ultra cool web 2.0 look to it. We also want a fixed width resolution fit for 1024x768 resolutions. Should also function completely normal in all major browsers (Internet explorer, firefox, netscape, opera and safari).

I will provide images, logos etc. for the design. The design will be in three phase after completion, and 1 week review, we may submit minor design modification and then 2 weeks later finalize the project.
Please only send 3 samples of your best work. Those who send us a mockup design will have a higher preference. Thank you!

My budget is about $300 or less. If your bid is more, that's okay. Let me see it and I promise to compare evenly across the board to all who bid their best prices to the quality of programming I can get for the money.

Payment terms will be escrow only in 3 payment phase. First phase after serious work is started and some progress is seen. If you don't accept escrow payments, then don't bid.
