I have a website that was built using HTML static pages and Movable Type 2.6 to power the news section, which I then upgraded to MT3. The site also has a YaBB forum.

The project will involve:
- Moving the site to a new server
- Upgrading from MT3 to MT4
- Upgrading to a MySQL db
- Activating PHP dynamic publishing in MT
- Moving the YaBB Bulletin Board
