We will offer businesses a free listing in our directory, which is searchable by input search box, and by categories, and will offer advertising on the site in the form of: (THIS WILL NEED TO BE ADMINABLE, I PREFER TO USE OSCOMMERCE IF WE CAN, TO MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE AVAILABLE, BUT IF OSCOMMERCE IS USED, IT CAN NOT LOOK LIKE OSCOMMERCE. NO DEFAULT LOOK OF OSCOMERCE. I WILL BE USING PAYPAL WEBSITE PAYMENTS PRO API.)

WHAT WE WILL OFFER:

Banner & button ads. We sell them by rotating banner/button, sell it by # of clicks, sell it by # of impressions.

We offer a small sponsor link in a box in right column, which is offered to them when they sign up. There would be 10 total text only sponsor links, which popup in new window to their site)

We offer to them a custom page(a subdomain I will manually setup)
