Description

I need Verotel integrated with Vbulletin to handle paid subscriptions. I need information to be passed back and forth between the vbulletin software and verotel. Here is what I got from Verotel:

You are able to create your own script that would interface between
your database and our system. The script after the approval of a
transactions should pass the following variables to the database, namely:

$username - the username
$password - the password
$mysecret - the Verotel secret
$type - action/command, add, delete or modify a user
$amount - amount of the transaction in the format $$.cc

The script's syntax should be
http://www.site.com/cgi-bin/verotelrumscript.ext?vercode=test:testpwd:secret:add:10.00


The script adds the user "test" with password "testpwd" to the
database after verifying the secret belongs to the merchant. You can
place this file anywhere at your site as long as the URL path to the
verotelrum.script is placed in the VerotelRUM area in the control
center for Verotel to use. The method of authentication is totally up
to you, you will not be restricted to using one particular method as
long as the Verotel members are able to get into your protected area.

We do offer a way in which you can work with sites that use tokens
based on existing memberships. This possible with the "custom user
names" feature in the control center. This way usernames already in
your database can be passed to our system. This is done with the
following code, placed in the join code at your site:

If you would like to pass a members ID or codes that will activate a
special feature for a member, you can use our available custom
fields, which are also passed via the sign up button at your site:




The custom fields will be passed back via the installed verotelrum
script as shown below. You will need to make modifications to the
verotelrum script to perform your custom actions when the post is
made to the verotelrum script.

If one or more of the custom fields is not passed to us, the
syntax/order of the post from our servers to the verotelrum script
will be as follows:
NO custom1, custom2 or custom3 (this is the default post to the
verotelrum script) -

And I will be running vbulletin 3.5.4 or 3.6, it should not matter which version is used.
