Description: Looking for quality programmer to deliver this PHP & Mysql Project. I have the inital screen for the application ready. Just need the programming to be made. Needs also PDF manipulation (attaching multiple PDFs together in one)

You should be fast worker, have good communication skills and work ethics. Project needs to be started ASAP and finished by Feb 1st, 2007.
Need to be able to present your work progress gradually.

WORD Document describing the project is attached. Questions welcome.
