what i need is here.

take a look at vtiger and see if it would be possible for us to have multiple companies using it and being able to add contact notes to records that are only visible to other people in their company and not to other companies. So if I work at company X and you work at company Y everyone at company X can see my contact notes but you cannot as you work for another company

Hi I have total PHP experience of 6 years. Working on vtiger for last 4.2 years. worked on vtiger 4.0/5.0.4/5.1 version. have been using it to build CRM for pharmaceutical industry, knows there API in-out. If you want can show a demo site with 6 custom modules build in vtiger 5.1 version. Regards.

Hi. I have looked at VTiger and I have seen that its possible to configure. Since its based application, u can really manipulate the database and UI. I am Php programmer who has worked using many frameworks like Zend Framework, Symfony using mvc methodologies. I have also done upload of files to ftp(linux) host machines. I can do it for you. My hourly rate is $15USD
