If you need this to save a PDF, I'm guessing that a fill-in PDF form would work best, rather than converting another .doc to .pdf format. (one less step for each invoice - BUT if you do choose someone else's layout in .doc, or whatever.. I would suggest cutePDF writer for your Word program, it works GREAT) If you were to send the information needed on the form, I could have it completed and returned within 24 hours. I can make the invoice to look like the one you show, or re-arrange, which ever you prefer. (add a company logo, colors, etc.) I could provide a couple different layouts to choose from to begin with.
