Description

Need a mysql query written for an existing database.

The query will be on a joomla platform using the DBQ component from www. gmitc .biz.
This component requires defining the variables to be used in the query.

I want a query that searches 4 columns of the table by keyword, 1 column searched by one number and the last column searched by an additional number. I have included an example of how I want it to look (search_view.jpg). The results page should look like the search_results.jpg.
