Description

I need someone who can make a database from data that are in this website.
This is for the french market so everything is in french.
http://experts-comptables-v2.test.fr.colt.net/Experts/annuaire/asp/rechaut.asp

In france we have 95 "states" (Departements)
SO I need a complete list of all contacts that you will found here.
All the informations should be insered in a .XLS file as in the sample enclosed.
You will found enclosed 4 screenshots of the differents steps. the exemple is for the state (department) 13.
I don't know exactly how much there is in this Database, so that's why I need something automated, because it will take too much time to handle it manually.
The biggest state that we have here in France are (75, 92, 91, 13, 69, 59)so you can have a look on them to have an idea.
In your bid, please specify witch software you're going to use to automate everything.
