Description

We have Vtiger CRM. Looking for someone to:

-Advise us how to use the CRM with a warehouse for stock in/out
-- Stock going out would be to customer sites which should have an invoice associated.
-- Provide advise on buying a wireless barcode scanner
-- Provide advise on how to implement this efficiently
-- Provide a process to follow for the warehouse team

Typical Flow:
Customer logs a support ticket
Quote is created for the work involved and any products.
Stock is reduced on Vtiger when invoice is created.
Staff takes stock and goes to customer site
Sometimes stock comes back as its not needed

Need a system and flow for tracking this.
