Description:	We have a need for a php / mysql programmer to help us continue to develop a Bowling Tournament program in php / mysql. We have started the project and have a sample web page layout and a database design setup. For the first part of this project we are requesting two items: 1. A web page which updates the member master file. The web page should add a new member, update or delete a member from the mysql database. 2. A pop-up window which lists the member last name, first name as a quick index to find a member in the data base. Then by clicking on the name in the pop-up window, would load the existing member data into the web page. We have a test web site and test template which shows the web page layout and the fields we would have from the member database. http://expermatch.com/ABTweb.htm. (Note: This sample template was loaded from our excel tournament system and is large and slow loading. We rather not use this template for the actual web page unless it can be stripped of all the extra code excel generated).
