Description:	Building on the previous work part 2 of the project needs to add the following: 1) Add password protection for admin page. 2) New media server selection based loosely on fixtures, with add, edit, search and compare as before. See attached doc. 3) New submit record page for consoles, fixtures and media servers to be used by visitors. When the information is submitted the following should happen: a) A new temporary record should be created in a separate place from the main database, and with a separate temporary location for the image file. b) Confirmation of submission should be displayed to the visitor c) An email notification of the submission needs to be sent to me. 4) New approvals section added to the admin page. This needs to display the records as described above. From here I need to: a) Open these records for approval/editing with the image file information still present as I may not know which image belongs to which record. b) When I add the record the data is transferred to the main database, the image file is moved to the main location and the temporary record is deleted and removed from the approvals page.
