Description

I am looking for a document writer to develop website brief and build a website proposal and functionality specification document for websites.

For example, the website might be - ecommerce website for sporting products - so the job would be to make a website proposal to show the client based on an ecommerce website brief.

Once the client has approved the proposal, the next document is to write a functionality specification for the web designer / programmer. This document should be far more technical and specific and be based of the website proposal. You will also have to develop the sitemaps of each sites. Some sites are replicas or clone sites.

There are a couple of requirements for the bidder:
1) I am looking for an individual or a company with the skills to complete the job, I want to work with someone on a 1 to 1 level.
2) You must have a very high level of English. I don't want to have to fix grammatical errors.
3) You must have either a) experience writing specification documents or b) be a programmer or web designer with the necessary website knowledge.
4) Can provide me with example documents that you have done, or be willing to do a free trial for me.
5) Able to complete 5 – 7 briefs packages per 3 day cycles.
6) We over 100 clients needing this service.
7) Must have great communication and meet deadlines with no questions asked. All reports need to be completed by EST morning (New York, NY USA) Time.
8) Only serious bids.
9) Budget $9500.00 USD for the development of 125 brief packages.
