This job is more of a kind of consultancy

We have to build a project for a client of which our client has given us a broad outline, but we feel that there is a communication gap between we and our client.

We have asked him certain details related to the project, but we feel that he is giving us 'Y' information while we asked 'X'

Also, for most part of the info we needed from him, he has sent us Video files (3 files of almost 15 minutes each) and we are able to understand them only partly.

I need a native US citizen, sort of a senior guy who has been into project management and development, to watch through these Videos, understand all the communication we have had with our client so far and then prepare an elaborative project document for us in word format so that we can start and code this project

Mostly it is a 4-5 hrs job and we are willing to pay anything upto $100 to the right person.

We may require your services, as a project manager over this project, later also, during the development, but for that we will make a separate contract with you
