Description

WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER PROVIDERS WITH 10 OR MORE POSITIVE FEEDBACK RATINGS. IF YOU DO NOT, PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER BIDDING.

We have 72 articles that require formatting for publishing in our PHP website using our websites stylesheet and then .PHP and .html files created for uploading to our website.

Detail Description
We will provide the winning provider the following:
1. 72 content articles. Approximately 52 of the articles will be in one Microsoft Word file and the remaining 20 articles will be individual html files.
2. Our style.css file you will use to format the articles in each of their own html files.
3. A template PHP file that you will use to prepare each of the 72 PHP files.
4. A footer template html file
5. An article template file that will be followed to format the articles and meta tags.

Deliverables
You will provide us the following:
1. 72 individual .PHP files for uploading to our main directory. Each .PHP file will be structured similar to this:

<?
include('includes/config.php');
include('html-articles/template1.html');
include('html-articles/footer-articles.html');
?>

Where template1.html is the name of the keyword phrase for each article. As an example, if an article is written for the keyword phrase “free SEO content”, you would name the html file “free-seo-content.html” and the PHP file name would be “free-seo-content.php” and would look like this:

<?
include('includes/config.php');
include('html-articles/ free-seo-content.html);
include('html-articles/footer-articles.html');
?>

2. You will take each article from the Word document or html file and transfer and format to 72 individual html files for uploading in the following directory “'html-articles“ which will be styled using the style.css file provided and named using each keyword phrase (e.g. free-seo-content.html) for which the article was written. You are to ignore the formatting the writers of the articles may have included in article files provided (Word document and current html articles) and format like our website.
3. For each of the 72 html files, you will need to modify the Title, Keyword and Description Meta tags using the keyword phrase as the guide. Currently the template1.html file has the following meta info in the header:

<title>ARTICLE NAME</title>
<meta name="description" content="ARTICLE NAME">
<META NAME="KEYWORDS" CONTENT="ARTICLE KEYWORDS">

Which will need to be modified as follows using the aforementioned example:
<title>Free SEO Content</title>
<meta name="description" content="free SEO content ">
<META NAME="KEYWORDS" CONTENT=" free SEO content, free, SEO, content">

4. One html file that will list all 72 URL’s linked to the keyword phrase anchor text. For example:
<a href=" http://www.ourwebsitename.com/free-seo-content.html">Free SEO Content</a>

5. Upon delivery of the files, we will upload the files to our server for our review and approval. We get back with you with any comments or corrections within 48 hours.
