Description

Concept: The site will be a real estate exchange site for user that looking to exchange his property for another. The site will have information about each property, which included all property details, and details of properties he/she will acept as exchange, except contacts of the owner. The site will have a cron job that will run everyday, and will generate automatic html emails for every owners if is there any new property that fits his requirements of exchange.
Each record of database will have to contain all property and owner information (several fileds), some pictures, information about kind of property he/she is looking for, and a table with all properties sent as proposal. The project should include a simple and clean interface, web 2.o style, and a set of SEO features that will be discussed in detail. The site should be design from scratch to be multi language.
