Description

-I will need an auction site designed (something similar to ebay) so when users run a query, a listing of user profiles will be returned. The list of profiles needs to be searchable by a given zip code and a given radius (among other things). The profiles will have a thumbnail image and a link beside it to open the full profile. The profile needs to closely mimic Myspace. Users should be able to create there own profile with pics/music etc. However, I would NOT like there to be a friends section. People searching the auction listings need to be able to place bids on items for sale which will be explained in the user profile. I will need to be able to accept payments as a result of these auctions. There needs to be an integrated feedback system as well. And obviously, I will need to post many more informational pages that are embedded and linked throughout site.

-I will explain in much more detail once a bidder's initial terms are approved and a non-disclosure statement is signed and sent back to me.

-I'll need to know what language(s) you plan to use so I can become somewhat acclimated with them. The easier it is for me to manipulate the site through the back door, the better. i do not want to compromise on quality, however.

-Communication is very important to me. I will request you to send me daily updates on the status of the site with accomplishments. While you work on the site, you MUST host it online. That way I can see the work as it is being done, and I know what is going on. I'll need a good telephone number so that I can contact you. The person/team working on this project must have an individual who can speak clear, native American English since we may be talking on the phone a lot.

- After the project is finished, and payment is forwarded, I request a period of support to be provided by you in case I need some updates or changes.
