Description

Currently, I have a website that is going to be starting up next week. The back engine content is all there and features currently exist for everything. Unfortunately, the layout of the website has been untouched. We pretty much have our PHP pages out there right now, doing nothing more than holding our links and back-functionality into place.

This project needs to be very professional. This is a business, but a user based community site. 100%. So I am looking for someone that can spice out the layout, make the appropriate changes, etc. I would like to have this completed End of Day Sunday 10/24 or End of Business Day Monday 10/25.

On the projected sides of the the site, will be layout for 3 Google Adsense placements. I need these to be taken into consideration for the site. Additionally, I would like to add content on a semi-frequent basis, so I would like a consolidated - non-technical approach to updating these pages. Maybe looking for an idea like an Admin page to type what I want and present it out in the format ready for the site.

I will be watching for email immediately.

Just to be clear. From what you see how the template is out there.. We will need to develop the website template/layout from scratch.

The engine is already there, which is the "Forums/Voting" mechanisms. There will be basically 5 tabs Home->Voting->Stats->Forums->News->ContactUs

Those will be the different tabs.

Under the voting, it will be the same voting mechanism that you see out there now. It could be formatted a little different if needed.

Stats are something that I would like a "layout" for, but you probably will not need to worry about the stats initially. I should be able to render that in a MYSQL query.

Forums are custom made and I would like the colors to match and be reflective, if possible - maybe add a little bit more functionality. Just needs to be cleaned up a bit, but it is the engine that is part of hte voting.

The same custom forums are what is driving the voting engine. Again, would like to freshen up layout if needed.

News will be nothing more than a self blog for myself. I would like an admin page where I can "post" under my username with topic, date, etc. Then the message. That functionality exists now, but just need to spice up the looks and layout.

Contact us will be basic page of what we are about and our contact information. Nothing else on this page than that really.

This needs to be optimized for Adsense also. I plan 3 separate ads from Adsense on this page.


I would like the sign-up for an account to add a little more information to it, but very basic. (Adding avatars, location, emoticons, etc, first name, last name, validate email address, etc).

I want to keep in mind that i would like a page to update so I can write news updates and stuff like that from a central place that would not require me to code into anything.

I like the current ideas of the layouts, but I am looking to you as an expert here. So I would like to get an idea once you start on the design adding my input. For example, maybe the way you design the site looks better centered to me, as opposed to the left. Maybe I don't want the video box in the front page or do. I expect to get input or get some sort of update.. .As opposed to just a final product with no input. Again, I look at you as the expert and trust most of your guidance. However, I will want input.
