Description

Hi. I need a fast coder to deliver me a one page PSD in XHTML/CSS format. Must be valid. I don't need the website to function, I just need the design done. The programming part is done by another coder.

Delivery within 12-20 hours preferably and willing to do changes when asked. I need you to stay with me for the next few hours until its done. Please bid only if you're serious.

I'm paying $15 for this project because it's a low budget one and it's actually not hard and should be done in a few hours if you know what you're doing.

I'm waiting for your bids and I will select someone in the next few hours. AGAIN, SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY. I DON'T WANT ANYONE DISAPPEARING AFTER AWARDING THE PROJECT.
