Description

I need someone in a hurry who can fix a template file for Interspire Knowledge manager. I need a Panels/PageHeader.html file created that:

Puts my logo in the right place
Puts the "help" message to the right of my logo
Puts a blue bar behind teh default interspire search buttons.
Puts a blue background behind the whole lot.

I can supply images of what it should look like in PM so you know exactly what I want.

This is a very simple project. Please put "annoyed" in the pm so I know you've read this far. This is so basic there is not even a category for html!
