Description: need a flash audio recorder with play, record, stop, mic level adjust, horizontal moving scroll bar, signal waveform display during live playback/record.
Need FLV to WAV conversion. Then invoke a c++ binary library with arguments which returns results back to PHP to display back to the user using AJAX

This tool is quite common. Please post your flash audio recorder demo URL in PMB.
