We need a live support software. This software will need to be able to do a live chat support from a website. The operator’s should be able. to open a program to message people not a website. And the administrators should be able to manage everything from inside that same program. This should also have different levels of account like operator, manger and admin.

features that would be need:

Make cookies so that we can see then people are on pages and what page
Also save who people are
Able to have a pop up invite
Also keep records of each person chat
There need to be departments

Spell checker

It should also have all functions of other live chat software

Able to view operators chat as they are happening
Able to block people from chatting if they are abusing it. Block ip or Mac address or both

We also have a sip phone system (free switches) would be like if operators could have the phone system in outlook to and have it part the chat support.
In the admin website there should be a way to chat but the person to accesses that must have special permissions.
The images in the chat should be easy to customize like essay selections
The on and off line image should be essay to change
