Description

MQ4 files are source code files written in MetaQuotes Language (MQL) version 4.
EX4 files are encrypted MQ4 files.

This project is very easy. The main problem is that I don't have specification for EX4 file format. You have to find it.
No matter in what language you will code it. I preffer PHP anyway.

I select a budget 0-250$, because there is no options for custom.
My budget is max 70$, so I will accept any bider with bid lower than 70$, if he show me some demo.

You can download MetaTrader4 from http://www.metaquotes.net/downloads/
MetaQuotes Editor (MQL Editor) is included. In the package exists some MQ4 files for demonstration of MQL4 capability.
When these type of files are compiled, they become EX4 files. Compilation process in MetaQuotes Editor is not truly compilation. The process just encrypt files. I don't know what method they use or what key. By using compiled files in MetaTrader they need to be decrypted. I mean that this software do this decompilation before using files.

I need a method to decompile them too. I don't have a file format specification. If I have it I can make entire priject alone.
The software or script must decompile files compiled from any version of MetaEditor.

ATTENTION: Please don't provide me with cracked software for decompiling. I need a source code for decompiler(PHP prefered). I don't need decompile services to decompile my own EX4 files.
