Description: I am looking to create a clone of zamzar . com the free online file conversion tool.

I would like the:

- Ability to upload from a URL
- The converted file will remain on the server for 24 hours (or a time period the admin selects, and will be automatically deleted afterwards.
- An e-mail is to be dispatched upon file conversion to the user containing the URL of the file.
- AJAX uploader bar.
- The PHP script must be easy to skin.
- Design has to look good (check www.vconvert .net )
- In addition to the ability to upload via a URL, users must be able to upload files from their local computers.
