Description

I have a template for a website that I had started with a separate company. Unfortunatly they have decided not to finish the work and left us with minimal files. I have an html, index.php, psd files and the flash files for the navigation banner. The site details are fairly straight forward and I will supply you with all needed files once chosen.

The site must have integrated user login with profiles, integrated forums, a built in admin control panel would be nice.

We were only going to be paying $100 for the actual coding since the template is done and we paid $100 for that. so I won't go over $100 for cost.
