Description

This is a re-post of the previous project under my account. Previous winner has been unable to develop the website with requested functions. It has been well over estimated time frame too. I need the project completed within the next two weeks.

I am happy to sit and discuss project with new winner in depth. I am also available anytime there are questions.

Please see enclosed word document for project details.

I want only people that have direct experience developing these types of websites. Please tell me the basics of your development plan/thoughts.

I have many more small html websites I need created if we are successful working together. Also, I would be interested in ongoing maintenance on this website.

When bidding, please tell me an estimate time of completion and cost. I will not pay upfront. You are welcome to develop project fully on your server. Once it is complete, I will pay you in full immediately.

I spoke with authorize.net, a credit card billing company. Once I set-up an account with them, they will provide me with the codes/keys to integrate the billing with the website. Please confirm via PM that you will be able to understand.
