The phase change Web Application.

This isn’t the easiest project to explain but for the person with the technical skills required it should be easy enough to develop.
I have attached a spreadsheet to give a visual of what it is i require but the basics are.

Upon creation of ‘account’ the admin will decide ‘an amount’ to be paid EACH MONTH. And that will be stored in a database.
AT any time a new PHASE could be added . Which will be initiated by the USER INPUT. This would start another ‘amount’ for a further 12 months.

Remember at anytime throughout the 12 months another phase can be added. When this happens the SAME agreed payment kicks in and starts from that month until 12 months later OR UNTIL another phase kicks in.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT . The previous Phase carries out its 12 month cycle and doesn’t just cut short to start the new one.
The spread sheet attached should give a better understanding. I am keen to listen to other suggestions for additions to the application.

There needs to be a back end system for ADMIN and also a secure login area for CUSTOMER.
Within the customer panel there needs to be statistics and information on each phase when its due to end etc.. May need to be graphical undecided yet.

Following this there needs to be WITHIN the ADMIN section a payment out option reported in a very similar way to affiliate marketing.
IE When get a NEW PHASE . ‘SOMEONE’ is paid x£ .. This can be developed late on and will be managed by ADMIN input not clicks.
