Description: I'm looking for developer who can build sites rating for me, something similar to Alexa but base on data what I will provide.

I prefer someone who had experience in building these kind applications with admin backend support to do the job for me.

1)admin backend
2)search function
3)member system
4)user space
5)rating system
6)review system
I expect you to give me some suggestions and ideas. Be flexible and active in discussion.
I'm looking to develop a long-term relationship with you after this project. Once the project is completed I expect well documented source code and all files to be submitted to me. These files will become my property. You will not have rights to resell this code/setup to another person. However, on the same note I will need things in the future, so provided we have a good relationship you will get more business from me.

Dear sir I've the experience of designing protals for 2 years,by portal I mean a felixible website which can reconfigure itself base on the users neeed.I didnt work on any project which has the same specifications but I think there is nothing in your description beyond my abilities.After knowing the whole details, it takes about 2 weeks to design the database and database layer, I need 2 more weeks to program the website.One more thing iss about the website design Im not a photoshop or flash designer, so I expect this kind of staffs remain out of my responsibilities. sincerely yours jermin
