Description

I require an experienced programmer to develop a desktop based simple RSS search function uility that can find and return RSS feeds based an any keyword entered.

**Please read the attached document carefully before you place any bid.

Only bid if you are 100% positive and are clear on the process I need and you can develop this app. .

I don't want 'quitters' that say they can do it, and then give up half-way though development.

This is a straight forward development for programmers who know what they are doing.

My budget for this project is $160
