Description

The project is consited by creation of a module for capturing a index.html page(when domain is given as input) into a image extension, and extract text from the picture -this module to be created on a local machine or online server, depends on the provider possibilityes.
Also the picture recognition is required- identify photos from that index.html (objects that are not buttons, bars, or texts/titles),and compare them with a given picture, then returns the results of matching (in percents) in a MySql online database.

For supporting the identifycation process (confirm some words, pictures..etc.) , the recognition module can use also the source code of the index page.
The input domain should be received always by 1 online method(I let the provider to chose which is more convenient to him): reading a into a html email a particulary field, or with a periodic request to mysql on server db.
Bids greater but realistic than the maximum budget amount listed, are accepted.
