Description

I would like this calculator to be placed on a website where individuals can enter their weight and height in the units of kg or lb and cm or in.

The formula is the following : BSA (m²) = ( [Height(cm) x Weight(kg) ]/ 3600 )½

I would like the interface to look similar to image attached.

With these colors

Subheads in Green
Body in dark gray
Highlights and other background elements in the light gray
