Description

I need a navigation bar that is editable outside of the website html pages. Once an update is made to the navigation links it should update all of the .html pages that contain the navigation bar. There are only 7 main pages right now. We may want to add drop down menus in the future but not now. I have attached a .jpg image with the instructions on the fonts, colors, etc. I will send a link to the website to serious inquiries. Please don't send generic messages. The budget is $10-$30.
