Description

i would like to extend my estate application

Below i will write what more i want to add, and also the price i am interested to spend, as well the desirable timeline.


1) I want to change the order of the columns in the tables presented in the application (in forms : show Properties for sale, show properties for rent, interested to buy, interested to rent, show all contracts). I want first to be shown (starting from left) Municipality,sum m2, Property type,...(i don't care about the fields that i do not write you about).....,owner name, owner surname,owner tel.

2) i want a "bu" function for the field "heating" in the insert new property form

3) i want a "bu" function at the field "floor" in the insert new property form

4) as you can see in the insert new property form, i have the abillity to insert and save 4 photos, i want you to add more (make the small photos smaller) so insted of 3 small photos, i want another 12 to exist, so it is a sum of 15 photos. The browse button delete it from the first/large img, this will be the are were onclick the images will enlarge.

5) At the Propertie for sale and properties for rent forms i want a search option to exist. abobe of the table i just want a searchbox and a cobobox with all the fields available, so the user will put in the searchbox the e.g. orice he wants and he will select the price field from the combobox, and then he will click on the search button.

6) i want all the tables (properties for sale/rent, clients to buy/rent, suitability) to be enumerated each line, which means that i want at the begining of each line to exist the number of the line (not the id as it is not in order)

7) at the top of the suitability form, i want the name of the client (from which form i have click the suitability function) to be shown at the top of the form

8) i want a function that will show me in the main window reminder the clients that have birthday each day of the year

9) i want you to add the "Property info" fields from the insert new propery, into the insert new client form, and fix the suitability function so it checks those fields too.

10) finally i want you to see the statistics form and apply any command need to it works accordingly the fields it aprovides.

For all the above work, i am about to spend 50 usd, and i want them to be done within 4 days.

Please reply, what do you think and if we can start this new "project"

The application is developed in vs 2005.net 2.0, using visual c#, and sql server 2005 express management studio

To run the application, please create a folder named "ESTATE_APP" in your c:/ and paste all the files of the rar inside that file.
