Description

In NEED of someone who can design me a website template which allows for multiple users to have/create a free account on the site, in which they can upload photographs and descriptions/captions to their accounts. These photo collections are categorised and can be viewed by all members and visitors to the site. Much like that of Flickr.com and Yourprops.com.

Site to be clean, simple and my own designs input. Should be left so I can simply upload to my webspace and run!... would also need some form of admin controls so I can delete any inapropriate uploads etc...

Would like to add the following example layout. I would require my site to look like the attached example layout and NOT as like one of those templates you can buy. The winning bidder would be required to build the site from scratch to match my layout design.

Would most likley require an admin panel from which I can control;
Site content
User content
User Account (delete etc)

Would probably require a maximum upload image size, where users can only upload images smaller than a certain size, or have the site resize and compress any image they upload for web use.

Users should be able to delete their content from the site if needs be and also should be able to PM each other.

Site needs to be in FULL English. and again I should be able to change certain text areas, and add new categories and change advertisements taht run on the site from the admin panel.

Other basic admin tools would also be required.

Please see attached upload for an idea of what I would require. I would be more inclined to choose someone with feedback as this is my first time using this site and need to ensure this job is taken on by someone who can write and program the code required to build such a site and someone who has experience in this area.

I can build you a PHP website perfectly fit to your description. The site's admin (you) will be able to create categories and edit/delete image submissions. A user will be able to register and upload images. A thumbnail for every image will be created. I can even add additional features for free , like counting the number each image was viewed, the most popular images, images featured on the home page, display of random images, and so on - anything you'd like! No need for any complicated installation - you will simply upload my files and enjoy your new website!
