Machine learning
We need an expert in the field of “Machine Learning” to develop a learning algorithm, prove, and explanation.
It is for an adaptive system that adapts to different students’ profile of preferences, the presentation will be according to students profile, in e- learning system. The details will be via PM.

The requirement is about 10 pages (font12, line spacing 1) with full detailed explanations and references.

Payment
I prefer not to excceed $50, but I am open to any suggestion.
