I need a web application for a Loyalty Card Program to be used by a network of retailers.

The loyalty card will be delivered to customers and they will be able to gain points with purchases, redeem coupon offers and more...

The application / software needs to accommodate variables. For instance, some stores might redeem points from other retailers while others will not. Some will only run discount for coupons and etc.

When the customer receives the card, he will need to go online and register it using the card number to create an account.
The retailers will use a scanner to read the barcode on the card, or type manually the card numbers, or with customer info such as phone number or email to gain access to the customer file.

I have seen companies who sell the software but they require a membership for the service. I want to own the software / application.
