Description: I need someone who can create a piece of software with an installer or a PHP script that can handle the following:

The app will need to Load all Directories located at http://www.realestatehyperlinks.com/directory_submission.html

The app will work in a way where it will have the user enter their user details, the web site title, description, URL, e-mail and anything else any of the directories require, into the app and then the app will load all of the directories and when the ue loads the directory in the app, autofill the forms with the information they entered into the app. Sort of works just like the Google auto form fill.

The app will need a way that I can add new directories or delete ones that do not work anymore and update the software with he new information.

The app will need to have keycode generated also where it will unlock the software or if it is a cheaper solution to do this as a web script than the user will need to sign up, pay through paypal and then be issued a user name and password to run the script.

I may offer this script if it is web based or in app format for free and just put some advrtising in the app or script itself. I will also be creating several web directories that I will add to the app so when people use it they submit their information to my directories as well.

I want you to bid for the cheapest solution as I do not have much money. So whatever you feel will be the cheapest but FULLY working version than please place your bid for that.
If you know of a cheaper and more effective way than please bid for that way and tell me how you would like to build it. This can be a fun project and we can work together on it..
