I have broad experience working with both PHP and C++ developing all kinds of software (including an IRC server which happened to send HTTP requests from C++ code).

I have vast experience with C++ and internet protocols (worked in the Telecomm infustry for the last 10 years - Ericsson & Bell Canada doing network development), as well as interfacing with web services. Your problem sounds straight forward, and I'm confident I could have it delivered in a few days... but would need a little more info to give a better time estimate. I'll also need to know: -what operating system is this for. -what compiler and version you use. -what version of PHP are you using. -is the PHP interpreter running as a sub-system of a larger application? (ex: as an Apache Module, or perhaps loaded into a Windows app as a DLL?). -is the PHP interpreter running locally, on an intranet or remotely on the internet? -how is the C++ app being launched? Is it a sub-process or used as a dynamic linked module or launch by the user from command line or gui. I look forward to hearing from you,

Hello, Carmi. Where is your attached file? I have many questions about this project, but it would be much faster just to dig into the code, than talk about it. I have 9+ years of C/C++/Unix experience, so I can fix almost any problem in your code within 1 day. In the worst case, I can just rewrite it from sratch, but I hope there is no need in this. So, please, give me your code, and I'll try to fix it ever before the end of this project's bidding period. Sincerely yours, Ambience Studio team lead.
