I am reposting this BID because I got only 2 bids on the last project and both programmers stopped communicating after 2 PMs sent.

I need a phpBB forum autoposter program that will works something like this:
1. I enter The forum to post to. I give the program Username and Password to use when posting and the category to post to.
2. I enter the forum to take the posts from, also with username and password and category, as well as number of topics to take(only the first post in each topic)
3. The program grabs the first post from the last X topics posted on the 2nd forum and makes the post on the 1st forum.

I know there is some existing software for this, so if you have something similar please PM me.
Budget is not big.
I need to test it before I pay, so once the project is awarded I'll transfer the money in escrow, you give me the software, I test and if everything goes fine I complete payment.

I am looking to pay no more than 40$ for this job since its quite easy and similar softwares are available.
