Description

I need an expert programmer who can make a php software that can make a browser view php without using all of those apache,xampp etc,

It will also be able to edit a php page on a visual level, just like dreamweaver does to html, and when you double click the.. lets say submit button then it shows the submit buttons code.Plus amny more optional features.


I can pay extra if you can amke a program that correct php,mysql and html problems in files, and makes sures that it all fits in place.
