Description

Hello,

Although I have my own home grown software that does the following (I would like to either enhance it OR buy/build a complete new one):
1. Create Campaign
2. Create Email Templates and associate them to Campaigns
3. Upload ability for Email List
4. Ability to Pick a Campaign and an Email Template and Send them to the uploaded email list.

Limitations that I want to overcome from my current software: (not sure if it would be easy to enhance my home grown software easily or buy/build a new one completely?)
1. Before hand validating the email in terms of their authenticity as I have ~8% bad email rate. So when a campaign is sent it is sent to the CLEAN base only after running the Email Verifier that removed the bad emails completely.
2. Setting up of the appropriate softwware on my own existing dedicated mail/newsletter server. (e.g. mailenable or something better)
3. Even after the email validation done, if there are any bad emails it should not bounce back and overload my server. At the same time I should be able to know and tag the email as BAD in my server
4. I would like the software to be flexible to read some of the values directly from database like Name, Password and make it personalized email communication
5. Very nice to have would be all the tracking of SENT, FAILURE, REPLY, CLICK, OPEN, etc
6. Would like Subscribe/Unsubscribe feature that is able to tag emails as subscribed / unsubscribed.

To summarize, I am looking for a cost effective ready made OR build-up a complete email solution software to manage communication with my base.
