This project is include fully web design , fully developing programming , fully data developing set up.
I am looking for complete Ebay clone with the functionality and other extra feature.
The difference in my requirements are the bidding and selling functionality and how the auctions will begin and end.
AJAX for the countdown clock and bidding price changes will be needed so the users can see the changes without a page refresh.
Robust bidder/seller control panel and website administration area will be needed.Build from scratch; do not use open source codes so nobody can claim any rights. Only experienced companies who have developed auction scripts and can show us their work should bid, bid should be final. We will have all the rights to the project you cannot use it anywhere even in your portfolio. Patented material.

Security issues to be taken care of.

Auction script will have :
High bid auction, time is not involved
1 demo in flash about 8-10 pages (To be developed in 3 days)

2 Admin panel for webmaster
3 proxy bidding feature
4 after every bid email to all the bidder and message will also be saved in PMB (Personal Message Board)

Ask questions, knowledge base etc.
common and personal message board,
generation of a secret code for authorization of registered bidders.
Seller can qualify or disqualify bidders, when he does bids move to different columns and saved accordingly,
bids position will also change.
Filtering bids by using 2 or 3 parameters (methods ) based on sellers options.
Bids have attached extra conditions
So seller can further negotiate with bidders.
Bids results will be shown in history page in 2 or 3 sections, email pop up messages for every bid results,
messages to be saved in PMB also
Plus all minor details. Please bid keeping in mind that 20% extra work could be involved which I might have missed or will explain to winner.
This will be ongoing project, next script we will need in asp and then SMS AVR features , winner should be able to provide continous support.

Upon completion of the project the winning bidder will get extra incentive once the site becomes popular.
