What's needed:
A winning candidate should engineer and create a data base for 500+ fields for web based input and output. Proposed cms - Drupal with additional custom scripting and modules. PDFlib - convert page content + graphics into PDF document. Setup email system that will email a recipient when needed information is inputted in the data base. Google mapping application, extract lat/long from the address provided. Additional custom modules for Drupal. Complete technical description and time line sent after winning the bid.
